About

Inside the Suncoast is a guide to Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, St. Pete and the surrounding Gulf Coast. It covers neighborhoods, golf clubs, the housing market and what's on this month. Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes, REALTORS® with Keller Williams, puts it together. The team's agents live and sell here.

Where the information comes from

The market figures come from the REALTOR® associations' monthly reports: the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee for those two counties, and the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® for Pinellas. Mortgage rates come from Freddie Mac's weekly survey. Each figure names its source and month.

Event dates come from the organizers' own calendars, which we check every week. Neighborhood and club details come from public sources and the team's own work in those areas. They can change, so confirm anything important with the source.

How each report is made

Each week a program reads the organizers' calendars and the latest market reports, and an AI model drafts the weekly report from them. An agent on the team reads, corrects and approves every report before it goes on the site or out as the newsletter.
