Inside the Suncoast is run by Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes, REALTORS® with Keller Williams ("we"). This page says what we collect when you use the site, why, and who else handles it.
When you ask for a home value or an agent
The form asks for your name, email and phone, the address or area, and anything you want to tell us. We also note which page you sent it from. We keep it in our own database and use it to answer you. It goes to our team, and to nobody else.
When you sign up for the newsletter or event alerts
We keep your email address, the areas and kinds of events you pick, and when you confirmed the sign-up. We send the emails through Resend, an email delivery service, which holds your address to deliver them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you use it, the emails stop.
When you visit
- Google Analytics counts page views and where visits come from. It sets cookies. Google's opt-out browser add-on turns it off for you.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
- When something on the site breaks, Sentry, our error tracker, gets a report. The report leaves out your name, your email and anything you typed into a form.
- To stop abuse of the forms, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address for up to a day. It can't be turned back into the address.
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts the site, Supabase runs its database and Resend sends its email. Each handles your information only to provide that service to us. We don't sell your information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, ask us through the team's contact page. We keep a record that you agreed to the newsletter for as long as we email you, and delete it when you ask.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
