St. Petersburg Country Club is a member-owned club. Gary Koch consulted on the design for a 2024 renovation of its par-72 course. The club, then called Lakewood Country Club, hosted the PGA Tour's St. Petersburg Open Invitational in several years from 1930 to 1964.
